- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The most impersonal group of people I've come across in rehab. The ladies at the front desk are rude and always have a "computer problem". I did my evaluation with the PT almost in complete silence. No conversation at all. Even after a few visits, the PT wouldn't even acknowledge me when I arrived. Not even a "hello". I can't really speak for every PT there, but my PT was named Susan. When I was in the therapy area, the PTs would make fun of the front desk women and say how dumb they are. Serious communication problems across the board here. I've been to four different Physical Therapy places in the Salem area and this is by far the worst.January 12, 2017by Max Fino
